Refund policy


Haven Bath & Body Co. is committed to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your order to us for an exchange or a refund. For items to be eligible for a return, they must meet the following criteria:

Be unused and unopened, still in their original packaging

Be in resellable condition

Be returned within 14 days of original purchase


Return Process:

To return an item, you can contact our customer service team at hello@havenbathandbodyco.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return  instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping for your return.

Once your item has been received, inspected by our team and deemed eligible for a refund, we will approve your refund request and process a refund or exchange. If approved, please allow seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your refund or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Defective or damaged items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For defective or damaged items, please contact our customer service team immediately, at hello@havenbathandbody.com.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain personal care goods cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
